Company Lease for Residential
To facilitate employees in getting housing on rent, lease
agreements between GISIL and owners of the houses for
stay of the employees are possible.
GISIL provides for Group Mediclaim and Personal
Accident Insurance coverage. The Group Mediclaim policy
insures employees and dependant family members against
expenses incurred on hospitalisation. Personal Accident
Insurance policy covers the employees for death and disablement
arising out of accidents.
A group hospitalization insurance scheme covers
all employees and their dependants.
All employees are covered under a group accident
insurance scheme, which entitles them to benefits in

employees are covered under the scheme from day one of

Employees who want to undertake further studies may discuss

Our recreation facilities include a well
equipped gym and showers at our facilities. Quality refreshments
are available to employees through third party catering
